Short Moral Story

The Fox and the Grapes

A fox jumps and jumps for a bunch of grapes he cannot reach.

A hungry fox spotted a plump bunch of grapes hanging high on a vine.

He jumped once. He jumped twice. He jumped again and again — always just short.

Finally, he walked away muttering that the grapes were probably sour anyway.

Moral of the story

It's easy to dismiss what we can't reach — try first.
